We are seeking a motivated Test Analyst with NV1 Security Clearance to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of Call Centre technology.

Qualifications:

• Test Analyst background
• NV1 Security Clearance
• Experience in Contact Centre Testing or similar environments.
• NICE contact centre technology is highly advantageous
• Testing frameworks experience, including Gherkin and Cucumber.
• Experience in ALM testing tools -e.g., Micro Focus ALM
• Experience in functional and non-functional testing practices.
• Experience in Call Flow Verification: Test and validate call routing, IVR menus & escalations
• Experience in System Integration: Ensure seamless integration across contact centre systems, databases & customer portals.
• Experience in Bug Reporting
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
