FinXL is seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Vendor Governance to support an enterprise Telecommunications client. This role is critical in managing vendor contracts, performance monitoring, and reporting to ensure smooth operations within the client's network and service assurance teams.

You will work closely with Operational Contract Managers to analyse performance data, track compliance against SLAs, and support governance processes. The role involves data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and contract oversight to ensure seamless vendor management and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Governance & Compliance: Implement vendor governance processes, manage performance tracking, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, validate, and analyse supplier data to provide insights and reporting on vendor performance.
• Contract & Commercial Management: Maintain contract repositories, track spend, and manage key commercial documentation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and contract managers to drive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, discrepancies, and performance gaps, ensuring mitigation plans are in place.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, contract/vendor governance, or commercial management.
• Strong knowledge of supplier management, SLAs, and performance tracking in large-scale outsourced environments.
• Hands-on experience with data analytics, reporting tools, and financial tracking for contract management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting platforms.
