About the Role
FinXL is seeking a Technology Product Owner - Senior Specialist to join one of our Tier-1 enterprise clients on a systems integration program. This role will be instrumental in driving digital product delivery and continuous improvement across internal and customer-facing platforms.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong experience in systems integration, stakeholder engagement, and agile leadership. You'll be working onsite in a hybrid capacity, supporting high-impact work within a complex enterprise environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned to business strategy
• Manage and prioritise a product backlog with a strong focus on business value
• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews
• Support enterprise-wide systems integration initiatives (internal/external platforms & APIs)
• Collaborate with business SMEs, technical teams, and executive stakeholders
• Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria to guide delivery
• Coordinate release planning and monitor delivery progress
• Conduct market research and gather user feedback to guide feature enhancement
• Continuously improve product performance using analytics and retrospective insight

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in complex enterprise environments
• Proven delivery in telco or banking sectors highly desirable
• Demonstrated experience in systems integration and large-scale transformation
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Confident working in agile environments with tools like JIRA and Confluence
• A consulting mindset and ability to deliver outcomes in fast-paced environments
