Systems Trainer and Coordinator

FinXL IT Professional Services is currently looking for a System Trainer and Coordinator to work for their client based in Gold Coast.

• Duration: 6 months
• Work Location: Arundel, Gold Coast
• Flexibility: 4 days minimum on site with 1 day remote

Description:

Responsible for planning, coordination, and delivery of training for a work management system implementation. Training of the system being implemented at the client site will be provided on joining.

Responsibilities:

• Receive training on the new systems
• Creating the user lists

• Training Needs Analysis

• Training Plan

• Help Materials

• Training Schedule

• Training Data Established

• Training Logistics

• Delivery of Train-the-Trainer and End User training

• Training Evaluation Forms Completed

• Post Go Live Refresher Training Conducted
