Job description

FinXL IT are seeking a highly experienced Change Lead to join our team and lead the change management strategy at a large financial services organisation. As a Change Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of new technologies and processes, ensuring teams are equipped to thrive in an agile and dynamic environment. You will also collaborate closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to guide the organisation through a successful transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy, ensuring the seamless adoption of new platform capabilities, processes, and ways of working across the organisation.
  • Lead the implementation of new platform capabilities, ensuring users are well-prepared with the training, knowledge, and support necessary to maximise platform utilisation and efficiency.
  • Work with the Training Manager to develop and oversee the delivery of training programs, focusing on leadership development, data up-skilling, new ways of working, operational risk management, process design, and role-based capabilities.
  • Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and co-creation practices, helping teams deliver incremental value and adapt to new operating models.
  • Collaborate with communication managers across the programme to create and implement communication strategies that keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned with the programme's vision and goals.
  • Provide expert guidance to senior leadership, offering clear insights into progress, risks, and opportunities from a change management perspective.

Requirements

  • An experienced Change Lead, leading complex, large-scale transformation programmes within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
  • Experience working in regulatory driven projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement - Ability to influence and align senior executives, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders to achieve programme objectives
  • Proactive in navigating ambiguity, overcoming resistance, and managing challenges in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
