FinXL IT is on the hunt for a Senior Change Manager to join a major financial services organisation to support a large finance transformation. The successful candidate will have the following requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Change management initiatives across key finance transformation projects.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment.
• Develop and implement strategies for communication, training, and engagement.
