FinXL is seeking Technical Business Analysts with strong UAT and business acceptance experience to work on a major transformation project at a top financial institution. You'll engage with stakeholders, validate system functionality, manage business acceptance, and drive testing execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Engage with business, technology, and risk stakeholders to define requirements.
✔ Manage UAT and business acceptance testing (BAT) to ensure system readiness.
✔ Develop and execute test cases, track defects, and drive resolution.
✔ Analyse datasets and support process improvements.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Experience as a Technical Business Analyst in financial services.
✅ Strong UAT testing and business acceptance management experience.
✅ Advanced Excel (including Macros) and data analysis skills.
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
