Solution Designer - FinXL

Summary:

Join a dynamic team as a Solution Designer, responsible for the full life cycle management of Fixed network EMS/NMS solutions across IP, Microwave, and Optical domains. You'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge network management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Design EMS/NMS network management solutions for IP, Microwave, and Optical domains.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
• Contribute technical expertise in OSS, network assurance, and management.
• Create project proposals, cost estimations, and solution documentation.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies in Cloud, OSS, and Fixed Network domains.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in OSS Assurance Solution Design.
• Expertise in EMS/NMS design and network management protocols (SNMP, ICMP, NetFlow, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Networks: IP, Microwave, Optical Transport.
• Experience with Cloud technologies and migration.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Programming in Python and Java.
• Familiarity with TMF OSS reference frameworks and ITIL standards.
• Experience with Open-Source Software solutions in OSS.
