We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Gui Developer with NICE CXone experience based at Macquarie Park and Work from home - hybrid.

Skills and experience:

• NICE CXOne GUI Developer experience
• Australian Citizenship & the ability to obtain a security clearance such as Baseline, NV1 or NV2
• Experience developing a user interface for customer interactions
• Experience developing & GUIs using NICE CXOne Studio or CXOne Interaction Designer
• React experience
• UI/UX development experience
• Experience in Contract Centre technology, such as Gensys, or Avaya or Verient
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms
• Experience in Agile development practices and tools ie Jira or Confluence
• Experience gathering requirements and implementing customised solutions
• Experienced adhering to security and clearance protocols and government standards
