FinXL IT are seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join our team at a large financial services organisation, working on a large digital transformation. You'll be joining a high-performing team within a fast-pace environment to uplift their digital capabilities. The successful candidate will have the following requirements.

Requirements

• Senior Digital Business Analyst with a strong background in financial services
• Experience working on large, complex digital transformations
• Strong knowledge of banking processes and customer journeys
• Agile tools such as Jira
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to speak to senior stakeholders
• Agile certification

Responsibilities

• Analyse, document, and translate business requirements into user stories within an Agile framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital customer experiences
• Facilitate Agile workshops, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Ensure compliance with banking regulatory standards
