Outstanding opportunity for a Design Project Manager with experience in Fibre and Fixed Network Sites project planning, scheduling, reporting, implementation, and dependencies management at a program (route) level.

This role will require someone:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated experience establishing project plans with data points illustrating outcomes achieved.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, including Prince 2, PMP, Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to motivate and lead through influence, rather than control.
• Proven ability to lead and manage change and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a Diploma in Project Management (PMBOK) are well regarded essential.
• Technical experience in land access, design, construction, and delivery partner engagement, combined with your project planning, scheduling, and reporting are mandatory.
