Join our team at FinXL as a Data Engineer and work a 6-12 months contract onsite at one of our banking clients in Sydney CBD.

About the role

• Work on Data Built Tools (DBT) with Redshift, Snowflake or similar
• Design Data Warehouse and data models
• Write and debug SQL on Big Data platforms

Skills and experience

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering
• Expertise in DBT with Redshift, Snowflake or similar
• Good knowledge of Data Warehouse design and data models
• Expertise in SQL and Presto
• Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps
• Hands on experience with AWS and Airflow
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

What's on offer

• 6-12+ months' engagement working at a banking client
• Hybrid working with 3 days per week in the office in Sydney CBD
