Join our team at FinXL as a Cloud / Infrastructure Engineer and work onsite at one of our banking clients in Sydney CBD.

About the role

• Set up cloud infrastructure and deploy new services in AWS
• Set up Kubernetes clusters and perform regular checks
• Automate manual tasks using APIs
• Streamline the existing CI/CD pipeline
• Capacity management, performance monitoring and troubleshooting

Skills and experience

• 6+ years of experience in several AWS services (e.g. S3, IAM, EKS, CloudFormation)
• 10+ years of experience supporting large IT platforms
• Good knowledge of cloud engineering and DevOps using Python or NodeJS
• Understanding of networks, security and storage concepts in Kubernetes and Linux
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders

What's on offer

• 6-12 months' engagement working at a banking client
• Hybrid working with 3 days per week in the office in Sydney CBD
• Role is only open to Sydney based candidates with valid work rights
