UAT Tester

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UAT Tester to support the testing and delivery of our client's newly developed Customer Portal. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the system meets functional and usability expectations through the development and execution of robust test cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and execute comprehensive test cases to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Engage and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to identify requirements and testing needs.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of the Customer Portal to ensure functionality, user experience, and performance standards are met.
• Document and report issues, bugs, and test results efficiently.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and strategies.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in UAT testing with strong ability to develop and write test cases.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and management to work seamlessly with the business.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools such as:
  • HP ALM (ideal) OR
  • Jira and Confluence (as alternatives).
• Experience testing customer-facing portals or similar applications will be highly regarded.
