As a key member of the development team, you'll bring a strong background in Salesforce DevOps, playing a hands-on role in designing, building, and optimising solutions using the latest Salesforce tools and technologies.

We're looking for candidates with hands-on expertise in:

• Apex & Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  
• Batch Classes, Triggers, and Flows
  
• OmniStudio
  
• REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Outbound Messaging
  
• Permission Sets, Security Configurations, Sharing Settings
  
• PSS (Platform Shared Services)
  
• Salesforce DevOps tools including Git and CI/CD pipelines
  

🛠 What You'll Be Doing

• Translate client requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  
• Develop high-quality code using Apex, LWC, and OmniStudio
  
• Configure Salesforce components (objects, flows, permission sets, etc.)
  
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems
  
• Conduct peer code reviews and promote Salesforce best practices
  
• Ensure compliance with secure coding standards
  
• Utilise Scratch Orgs and Sandbox environments for development
  
• Support defect resolution, performance tuning, and production releases
  
• Document solutions for long-term support and knowledge sharing
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders through demos, design discussions, and workshops
