FinXL is hiring a Project Coordinator to support large-scale network deployment projects for one of our leading enterprise telecommunications clients.

Active Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory for this role.

You'll play a key role in delivering high-impact work across critical sectors. We're also open to experienced Project Analysts or Junior Project Managers ready to step into a coordination role in a fast-paced, nationally significant environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinating project tasks, resources, and stakeholder communications

• Tracking progress, risks, timelines, and key deliverables

• Supporting governance processes, reporting, and project meetings

• Ensuring compliance with strict security and project delivery frameworks

What we're looking for:

• Active Baseline security clearance (mandatory)

• 3+ years' experience in project coordination within IT, telecom, or network domains

• Familiarity with tools like MS Project, JIRA, and strong documentation skills

• Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder engagement

• Ability to work onsite in Sydney as required
