FinXL is looking to engage a Project Manager With Software Development life cycle experience (SDLC) for business and consulting services for one of our high-profile Energy sector clients on an initial 6 month engagement.
Key skills and experience include:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager for at least 10 years
- 5-6 years working within agile / SCRUM methodologies working across multiple work streams
- Previous experience as a Scrum master is ideal.
- Drive the agile process for a team of skilled analysts, developers and testers to achieve program delivery.
- Work effectively with the relevant business functions (process owners, initiative owners) to ensure Agile Features are effectively prioritised and delivered to ensure maximum benefits are meet.
- Facilitate the agile process to ensure Feature Teams are working on the highest priority Features that provide maximum benefits to customers which will drive customer advocacy.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders. Manage key external stakeholders relevant to the achievement of business objectives.
- Must have Software Delivery & app background.
