You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of a high-impact project that will redefine customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of the contact centre implementation project
- Coordinate with technical, operational, and leadership teams to meet project milestones.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations and securing buy-in.
- Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive clear and consistent communication across all teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to budget, quality, and scope requirements.
