As a Contact Centre Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of our cutting-edge contact centre solution. This role demands strategic thinking, meticulous planning, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of a high-impact project that will redefine customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of the contact centre implementation project
  • Coordinate with technical, operational, and leadership teams to meet project milestones.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations and securing buy-in.
  • Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Drive clear and consistent communication across all teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to budget, quality, and scope requirements.
