We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team at a banking client. In this role, you will collaborate with business and technology experts to provide technical solutions that meet business and compliance objectives. Your work will ensure the delivery of a high-performing and stable platform for both internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, and analysis
• Strong experience with data engineering tools such as Spark, SQL, Python, and Airflow
• Familiarity with AWS cloud computing concepts, including EC2, S3, IAM, EKS, and RDS
• Experience with data warehousing platforms, especially AWS Redshift
• Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and control frameworks
• Knowledge of big data querying tools like Presto or Trino
• Skilled in data architecture, including data access patterns and data modeling
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both technical and non-technical
• Comfortable working in an Agile delivery environment
