Our client is looking for a Workday Business Analyst to work for a large organisation in North Sydney and Work from home.

Skills and experience:

• Experience as a Business-focused Workday Business Analyst
• Experience gathering business requirements in order to deliver the planned Workday pipeline of work
• Experience translating business requirements to the technical team - ie Workday developers
• Experience in user acceptance testing
• Experience providing support for Workday Releases including mandatory and optional features
• Experience in the delivery of functionality to Workday HCM
• Experience in defining, supporting and communicating relevant Workday product innovation opportunities to stakeholders
• Experience in maintaining the product backlog
• Experience in facilitating agile ceremonies including PI planning, sprint planning, business showcases, retrospectives & readiness activities.
