About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a large-scale transformational project involving the migration of our client's CRM and ERP systems to a cloud-based platform. The goal is to simplify workflows and enhance business operations. This is a one-off, structured migration project that requires a detail-oriented approach, working closely with another Technical BA to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements for the migration of CRM and ERP systems to a cloud-based platform.
• Assist in simplifying workflows and ensuring that the migration process aligns with business goals.
• Document and analyze complex business processes to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure that requirements are translated into technical solutions.
• Provide support throughout the migration process, ensuring the transition is structured and meets project deadlines.
• Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure a seamless integration of the new platform.
• Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer for the new systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong experience in back-office applications (CRM, ERP, etc.) and cloud-based platform migrations.
• Proven ability to work in structured, large-scale transformational projects.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with a strong ability to document and present findings.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
• Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and workflows.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and large data migrations.
