Systems Support Engineer

Summary:

As part of the operational team that covers the large back-end server fleet the Systems Support Engineer will work on a mixture of operational as well as infrastructure projects across our national clients business.

Duties:

• Linux hosts and server build outs.
• Linux SOE
• Server Patching.
• Security posture changes and monitoring.
• Security patching rollouts and reporting.
• SME troubleshooting technical issues arising from a dynamic environment
• Redhat Satellite management
• CIS/Openscap to comply with Essential 8 Framework
• Redhat Identity Manager integration

Technology Stack:

• RHEL6, RHEL7, RHEL8 and RHEL9/AWS linux.
• Redhat Ansible Application Platform suite - using ansible playbooks
• Kubernetes
• Basic EKS
