We are seeking a motivated Senior Hogan Technology Lead to join our dynamic team to drive and oversee the modernisation of Hogan-based applications.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with Hogan banking systems - CIS, ALS, OLS, IDS
• Experience in large-scale mainframe modernisation or core banking transformation programs.
• Experience in mainframe technologies - COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL and system integration patterns.
• Exposure to cloud migration strategies and hybrid architectures - AWS, Azure, etc
• Leadership experience overseeing cross-functional technical teams.
• Experience in banking - finance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
