FinXL IT is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at a leading insurance organisation. This 12-month+ contract opportunity offers the chance to work on large-scale, impactful projects in the industry.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the analysis, design, and implementation of business solutions, with a particular focus on general insurance processes and data mapping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
• Develop and maintain data mapping models and ensure alignment with business needs
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from various business units
• Provide actionable insights and recommend solutions to improve processes and systems
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in General Insurance (essential)
• Strong knowledge of Data Mapping Principles (essential)
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, large-scale financial services environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Prior experience in similar roles is highly advantageous
