We are seeking a Sales Business Development Representative to join our team full time who will be working onsite in Sydney, NSW.
Responsibilities:
- Analyses client needs and budgets to provide customized pricing proposals for ICT products and services.
- Prepares detailed quotations and service agreements, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product details, and warranty information.
- Records all orders and agreements in Salesforce maintaining accurate client purchase histories.
- Coordinates with logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of ICT products and solutions.
- Schedules installation of hardware, software deployment and implementation of services according to client requirements.
- Attends sales meetings and strategy discussions to provide updates on progress and pipeline status.
- Helps in troubleshooting technical issues and arranges modifications, upgrades, or replacements when necessary.
- Documents all sales transactions, customer interactions, and deal progress in the Salesforce.
- Prepares weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to track performance against targets.
You will have:
- At least 1 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyse client needs and budgets, develop customised pricing proposals, and maintain accurate client purchase histories in Salesforce.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Confident working to KPIs and sales targets
- Experience providing solutions, based on customer needs and ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
