Job Title: Resource Enablement Lead - PMO
Location: Melbourne (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite)
Engagement Type: Full-time Contract (6 months)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Resource Enablement Lead - PMO to support a large-scale program by driving operational efficiency and enabling the smooth rollout of new projects. This role will work closely with program leadership to coordinate recruitment, procurement, vendor management, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong planning, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills to ensure effective delivery across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Coordinate resourcing needs and assist in the hiring process to meet project timelines.
Vendor Management: Maintain vendor relationships and ensure performance and contractual obligations are met.
Procurement Oversight: Support procurement activities to ensure cost-effective purchasing aligned with project objectives.
Timesheet Reconciliation: Oversee timesheet processes to ensure accurate payroll and invoicing.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, assist with forecasting, and conduct variance analysis.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on financials, performance metrics, and key operational indicators.
Project Enablement: Support pre-discovery activities and assist in removing operational blockers to enable timely project initiation.
Contract Management: Manage and coordinate contracts, ensuring alignment with delivery goals and compliance standards.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement operational efficiencies to streamline delivery and support functions.
