FinXL IT is currently seeking a talented National Design Coordinator to join our team at a major telecommunications company.

Role Overview:
As a National Design Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating mobile tower design projects. Your expertise will ensure that all designs meet industry standards and client requirements. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate mobile tower design projects and oversee the SAED functions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement design strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to design teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Design Coordinator in mobile tower design projects.
• Background in Senior Design roles with a strong understanding of engineering principles.
• Engineering degree in Civil and/or Electrical Engineering is desirable.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
