  • Collaborate with Engineering and Business Analysts to interpret requirements and create intuitive IVR interactions.
  • Develop scalable, flexible IVR systems using ASR, TTS, and NLU technologies.
  • Integrate APIs and deliver insightful reporting solutions.
  • Contribute to testing and validation, ensuring quality and seamless performance.
  • Maintain design documentation and automate deployment processes for faster rollouts.
  • Apply your CX methodologies expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience with IVR development, NLU, and Voice Biometrics, particularly in the contact centre space.
  • Knowledge of Nuance ASR, Text-to-Speech, and API integration.
  • Familiarity with DTMF, synthetic testing, and deployment automation.
  • Strong understanding of CX environments and IVR testing.
