What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with Engineering and Business Analysts to interpret requirements and create intuitive IVR interactions.
- Develop scalable, flexible IVR systems using ASR, TTS, and NLU technologies.
- Integrate APIs and deliver insightful reporting solutions.
- Contribute to testing and validation, ensuring quality and seamless performance.
- Maintain design documentation and automate deployment processes for faster rollouts.
- Apply your CX methodologies expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience with IVR development, NLU, and Voice Biometrics, particularly in the contact centre space.
- Knowledge of Nuance ASR, Text-to-Speech, and API integration.
- Familiarity with DTMF, synthetic testing, and deployment automation.
- Strong understanding of CX environments and IVR testing.
