We are currently seeking a Resilience/Disaster Recovery Specialist to join our market leading client. This is an excellent opportunity to work in an engaging, innovative environment and help shape our client's disaster recovery capabilities and resilience
Major responsibilities:
- Maintain Disaster Recovery Plans and coordinate Disaster Recovery tests.
- Maintain fields in IT Service Continuity List in ServiceNow.
- Raise Issues in the IRM SNOW tools against the IT Resilience Controls.
- Maintain IT Resilience control Issues Including coordinating with SEO teams to review and update Issues.
- Update and test BCP action plans and runbooks with SEO Teams inputs.
- Review and update IT Resilienetrics.
Knowledge & skills required:
- Cloud Platform experience (e.g.,AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Technical Infrastructure/Platforms experience.
- Experience with ITIL best practices.
- ServiceNow experience (SNOW).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-impact results within tight timelines.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
