The Opportunity
FinXL is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join a leading enterprise banking client on a high-impact transformation program. This role will support the delivery of an AI implementation project, focused on automating and streamlining manual business processes using emerging technologies. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of project experience to gain exposure to innovation in a large enterprise setting and take the next step in their career toward becoming a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, coordination, and delivery activities across multiple workstreams

• Maintain and update project schedules, reports, and action registers

• Collaborate with stakeholders to track progress and adjust priorities as needed

• Coordinate project meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on actions

• Assist in documenting scope, requirements, and deliverables

• Support business transformation efforts with a focus on automation and workflow optimisation

Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a project coordinator, project analyst, or similar support role

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Exposure to project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with tools like Jira or Confluence is a plus

• A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
