Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Test Lead with a strong background in business testing roles, particularly in testing ADP Payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing vendor relationships and executing comprehensive test plans.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage business testing activities, including UAT and SIT.

• Plan, design, and execute test strategies and test cases.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure testing requirements are met.

• Manage and coordinate with external vendors, especially ADP or similar payroll providers.

• Utilize test management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM) effectively.

• Assess testing gaps and ensure the integrity of data.

• Engage and manage diverse stakeholder groups.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years in business testing roles, with at least 2 years as a Test Lead.

• Hands-on experience in testing ADP Payroll systems (e.g., Workforce Now, ADP Vantage).

• Proven track record in managing vendor relationships, particularly with ADP or similar payroll providers.

• Expertise in planning and executing business testing, including UAT and SIT.

• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM).

• Strong analytical skills to assess testing gaps and ensure data integrity.

• Ability to manage and engage diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with payroll-related data migration and integration projects.

• Certifications in testing methodologies (e.g., ISTQB) or payroll systems (e.g., ADP certifications).

• Experience in Agile project environments.
