FinXL is seeking a Reporting Analyst to join our team and work with a major enterprise telco client. This role focuses on extracting security data from ServiceNow IRM, building dashboards in Power BI, and providing critical reports and insights to senior security professionals. Your work will directly support risk management, compliance, and security governance across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and analyse security data from ServiceNow IRM.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Identify security risks, trends, and gaps through data analysis.
• Provide senior security professionals with insights to support risk management and compliance.
• Ensure security frameworks and best practices are upheld through data-driven recommendations.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience with Power BI and dashboard creation - must be able to design, build, and maintain interactive security dashboards.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation and reporting.
• Proven ability to analyse and interpret security data, identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience in IT Security, Risk, or Compliance within a large enterprise is highly regarded.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM is desirable but not essential.
• A proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to improve reporting processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
