FinXL is looking to engage a Network Integration Controller With Understanding of Mobile base stations, towers, black boxes, switching centres experience and consulting services for one of our high-profile clients on an initial 4 month engagement with likely extension for one year.

Must haves:

As part of the Network Integration Centre as a Network Integration controller you will be joining a face paced, high achieving team who provide lots of training and support to ensure success.

Please note: A professional working day is up to 8 to 10 hours this team works on a 5 day working week rotating roster to include weekend work - to be finalised on success of obtaining a position (Eg. Mon - Wed / Tues - Sat / Wed - Sun) flexible working times will be discussed to suits the successful candidates in alignment to current workload.

  • Understanding of Mobile base stations, towers, black boxes, switching centres - Must have
  • Base station installer experience - Highly regarded
  • Customer Service is your number one priority, you always go above and beyond, each call that you answer IS the most important call ever - Must have worked in previous customer service roles
  • Excellent communication skills, this means an ability to listen, comprehend and act accordingly, be polite, courteous and helpful
  • Must be a team player - having commitment to the team, its players and its goals is paramount
  • Must be flexible in working hours - jobs will often run overtime and require continuity
  • Proactive, think-outside-the-box attitude. During this crisis, our Client will need personnel who can appreciate the big and small picture and adaptability is paramount.
  • Must be competent with computers, email, IP addressing etc
  • Capable of updating data in databases
  • Experience with use of SFTP, SSH etc
  • A proven capability in fault resolution processes
