We are seeking an ICT Project Manager to join our team full time, to work onsite in Melbourne CBD.

Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration and upgrade hardware, systems and software for networks, including ICTsecurity policy
• Management of network and security performance by monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting andcontinuous improvement so as to optimise performance.
• Documents network problems and resolution for future reference to minimise the risk of internal andexternal security threats
• Management of network system backup and restore services
• Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies; defining and monitoring access
• Updating operational documentation

Technical knowledge:

• Strong firewalls (Juniper Nescreen or SRX or CheckPoint)
• Switching and Routing (Cisco, Nexus, BGP*)
• Load Balancing (F5 - LTM, GTM, APM*, ASM*)
• Strong Netscalers skills (ie. Load Balancer, CAG or application firewall)
• IPS (TippingPoint*)
• DNS Infoblox*
• Tools (Nagios, Cacti and Solarwinds*)
• General understanding of ITIL process (incident management/change management etc.)
• Designing and maintaining database architecture, data structures, tables, dictionaries and naming conventions to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data master files, including the testing and debugging of such
• Liaising with security vendors where necessary
• Advanced analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting experience
• Strong, clear communicator with technical and business contacts.
• Good negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a complex IT infrastructure environment incorporating planning, implementation, operational management, configuration and maintenance.
