FinXL IT Professional Services is a leading IT services organisation providing a broad range of services to assist large Australian enterprises and Government departments to deliver projects.

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Change Manager to drive initiatives across people, processes, and systems with experience in HRIS, HCM, or ERP projects. The ideal person will be proactive, who can engage stakeholders, ensure seamless adoption, and facilitate effective change management strategies that maximise project success.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • 7+ years experience as a Change Manager
  • Must have experience driving change across HRIS, HCM, or ERP related projects
  • Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset
  • Experience with change methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or similar
  • Previous experience working in financial services highly regarded
  • Oracle HCM experience would be a bonus
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
