About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in defining and delivering business requirements to support major networking and security projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables to meet business needs.
• Developing business process models and workflows to streamline execution.
• Working closely with technical teams to ensure seamless translation of business needs into solutions.
• Conducting impact analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
• Supporting risk and issue management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communication.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, telecommunications, or networking environments.
• Experience in networking and security projects is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business needs.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, BPMN).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite with enterprise clients in a professional and adaptable manner.
