FinXL IT is a rapidly growing IT consulting firm, and we are currently seeking multiple skilled and motivated mid-level Business Analysts to join our expanding team. This exciting opportunity is with one of Australia's leading telecommunications organisation, where you'll play a key role in supporting Network & Security projects.

Role Overview: We are looking for a Business Analyst with expertise in network deployment and integration to help drive project success through effective analysis and close collaboration with key stakeholders. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure business needs align with network solutions and contribute to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document both business and technical requirements.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop process models and technical documentation to support network solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align business needs with the required network solutions.
• Conduct impact assessments, gap analyses, and feasibility studies to identify potential risks and improvements.
• Support risk management processes, issue resolution, and change control.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings to drive clarity and alignment

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in IT, telecom, or network projects.
• Proven experience in network deployment and integration.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen problem solver with the ability to understand complex technical and business challenges.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and BPMN.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
