FinXL IT are seeking a multiple Project Coordinators to support our growing team on network deployment projects at a leading telecommunications organisation. This role will see you assisting Project Managers in coordinating project activities, resources, and timelines, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will play a vital part in maintaining project progress and facilitating communication between teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track project activities, resources, and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure all deliverables are met.
• Prepare and distribute status reports and assist in meetings with key stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Must have baseline clearance
• 3+ years' experience in project coordination within teleco organisations, or network deployment projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or JIRA.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work on site with enterprise customers and collaborate effectively with various teams.
