We are seeking an experienced Solution Designer to join our team and work at one of our banking clients in Sydney CBD.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end solutions for fraud and scam detection aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Develop high- and low-level solution designs incorporating Business and Technology frameworks.
• Work collaboratively in BAT and Agile environments to ensure seamless integration of
• solutions.
• Support initiatives under Prudential Frameworks, such as ASIC compliance, AUSTRAC
• reporting, and AML/KYC standards..
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams, acting as a bridge to ensure cohesive solutions.
• Produce design artefacts, including process flows, data models, and system interactions.

Skills and experience

• Proven experience in fraud and scam detection within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Risk & Compliance frameworks, including ASIC, AUSTRAC, AML/KYC.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).
• Expertise in designing both high-level and low-level solution architectures.
• Familiarity with federated banking systems and NPP requirements, including processes and reporting.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical designs.
