We have an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Associate Consultant to join the team on a full-time basis.


The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and managing resources, maintaining project documentation, supporting governance processes and assisting in financial oversight. This position involves close collaboration with Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and IT teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resource Management: Track and manage project resources, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.
  • Project Planning & Budgeting: Create program overviews in MS Excel for budget planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Lead the development of project plans and schedules in collaboration with Business and Solution Product Owners.
  • Track budget and finances, managing Statement of Work (SOW) codes and funding forecasts in MS Excel.
  • Assist in preparing Business Cases for presentation to senior leadership.
  • Oversee compliance with business requirements, UX specifications, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage status update meetings and cost tracking for project components.
  • Ensure key project decisions receive sign-off from Business Sponsors and schedule strategic workshops involving key stakeholders.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project administration, PMO support, or business coordination roles.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP Fieldglass, JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence.
  • Ability to track project resources, budgets, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with governance reporting, stakeholder engagement, and project documentation.
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is highly regarded.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines and time-frames
  • You will have a can-do attitude and a consultative nature along with excellent presentation skills
