About the Role

As a Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of key projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing, managing, and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

• Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to coordinate activities and resource allocation.

• Monitoring project timelines and identifying potential risks to delivery schedules.

• Updating and tracking progress using scheduling tools and methodologies.

• Assist in the preparation of project status reports and dashboards.

• Supporting risk and issue management by tracking dependencies and constraints.

• Facilitating meetings, schedule reviews, and coordination sessions.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in scheduling or project coordination roles within IT, telecommunications, or networking environments.

• Experience with scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.

• Ability to work onsite with enterprise clients in a professional and adaptable manner.
