About the Role:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our client's Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on nCino Commercial Lending. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, with a primary focus on nCino Commercial Lending.
• Utilise Salesforce development tools, including Flow Builder and Lightning App Builder, to create efficient and user-friendly applications.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components.
• Implement and maintain robust DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and configuration management.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

About You:

• A background in financial services.
• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on nCino Commercial Lending.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices.
• Proven experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, version control (Git), and configuration management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
