Finance and Commercial Corporations, along with many State and Federal Government
Departments.
We are seeking a Records Specialist to join our team full time who will be working
onsite in Melbourne CBD. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-
functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and
strategy.

Required Experience,
Capabilities & Skills:

* Strong experience (approximately 5 years) as a Records or Information Management
professional
* Knowledge of records management principles and best practices of the record
management lifecycle, including retention and disposition.
* Personal or commercial insurance knowledge and experience, with an excellent
understanding of relevant records
* Sound understanding of IT Infrastructure and Applications
* Excellent verbal and written presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
* Demonstrated systematic and analytical approach to problem solving.
* (Desirable) Previous experience with the design and implementation of Data Governance
Tooling e.g. Collibra, Alation
