Project Manager/Scrum Master - CRM

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Scrum Master with extensive experience in CRM implementations to support the Service Transformation Program. This is a critical role working within a government environment, where you will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of a large-scale project.

About the Role: As the Project Manager/Scrum Master, you will be responsible for managing the project's overall delivery, ensuring that timelines, scope, and budget are adhered to. This role requires strong leadership skills, a collaborative approach to working with teams and stakeholders, and in-depth knowledge of CRM systems, with a preference for MS Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the project to ensure successful delivery of CRM initiatives.
• Develop, deliver, and update project artifacts and documentation.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage project activities and resolve inter-dependencies.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of high-quality project reporting and documentation.
• Maintain risk and issues registers, ensuring timely progress on mitigation actions.
• Build and nurture strong working relationships with stakeholders to drive project success.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and project management expertise to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Key Selection Criteria:

• MS Dynamics experience is highly desirable, CRM experience is essential.
• Proven experience working within large program, project, and PMO environments.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies, including Scrum Master and SAFe Agile experience (certification highly desirable).
• Demonstrated ability to use project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Project Management qualification (PMP or PRINCE 2) is desirable.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
