Job Title: Project Analyst (Risk & Compliance)
Location: Melbourne, Australia (Hybrid/On-site)
Contract Duration: 3-6 months (Initial)

Overview:

A leading organization is looking for a Project Analyst to support the Manager of Risk Change and Enablement within the MORE Program (Member Outcomes through Risk Excellence).

The successful candidate will play a hands-on role in driving these initiatives forward. If you're a detail-oriented, adaptable individual with solid problem-solving skills and a willingness to contribute across a range of tasks, this is a great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Attend key stakeholder meetings, record minutes, and capture action items to report back to the Manager of Risk Change and Enablement.
  • Analysis & Documentation: Analyze the business artefacts needed for each initiative, ensuring the required documentation is created and replicated.
  • Reporting: Assist with reporting activities, including but not limited to monitoring project status and providing timely updates.
  • PowerBI Skills (Preferred): Assist in automating reports to streamline workflows.
  • General Support: Offer assistance where required across the project, showing flexibility and initiative to adapt to the needs of the team.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Project Analyst, PMO Analyst, or in similar roles.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Experience in meeting management (minute-taking and follow-up actions).
  • PowerBI skills would be a bonus to assist with report automation.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Generalist mindset with a flexible, can-do attitude to tackle various tasks.
  • No technical expertise required - this role focuses on the analysis and documentation of business processes and reporting.

  • Contract: Initial 3-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
  • Location: Melbourne-based, with flexibility for hybrid working.
