FinXL are currently looking for a full-time Management Consultant to support our client on a large
organisational transformation. This is a long-term program of work where you'll be working with
stakeholders across multiple divisions of a large financial services client.

In this role you will be responsible for managing key stakeholder relationships. You will be working
closely with the Program Director and Change Director assisting with project planning, change impact
assessments, training and communication plans. You will play a vital role in ensuring the
organisation achieves its people, technology and process change objectives.

In order to be considered for this role you require 5+ years management consulting experience
preferably with a big 4 consultancy. The preferred candidate will be well-versed in organisational-
level change. You will have financial services domain expertise and experience spanning both project
delivery and change management. You will be an effective communicator with strong stakeholder
management skills.
