We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Full Stack Developer (Front-End Focused) with a strong passion for automation to join our dynamic, market-leading client. As a key contributor, you will help shape the future of an innovative platform, transitioning from legacy systems to a modern, scalable, and efficient solution. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain a new in-house platform, with a primary focus on front-end development and some back-end work.
• Build robust, scalable, and secure applications using .NET and React technologies.
• Automate workflows and processes to optimize efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define platform requirements and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute to ongoing maintenance and post-launch improvements of the platform.
• Support the transition from legacy systems, ensuring smooth data migration and system compatibility.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in .NET development.
• Proficiency in React development and building full-stack solutions.
• Proven ability to integrate front-end and back-end technologies in a full-stack environment.
• In-depth understanding of automation practices and tools to streamline development and reduce manual intervention.
• Experience with web services, APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Telecommunications/Network experience would be an advantage.
