Business Analyst - Archer GRC

Summary:

Seeking an Archer Business Analyst experienced in the RSA Archer GRC tool, Agile methodology, and Technical BA, including deploying, configuring, and testing Archer applications. Skilled in data management, security, compliance, and providing expert support to teams and stakeholders.

One would require prior hands-on technical solution implementation experience with the of Archer product and the following skills:

  • Build, deploy, and maintain RSA Archer core and on-demand applications (ODA) to meet customer needs.
  • Develop maintainable/scalable, effective, defect free RSA Archer configurations that meet business requirements.
  • Translate business logic and requirements into RSA Archer layouts, data driven events and advanced workflows.
  • Perform testing of RSA Archer applications and ensure issues are documented and resolved.
  • Leverage continuous integration / continuous delivery methodologies to build, maintain, update, and operate solutions.
  • Interpret regulatory compliance & maintain authoritative sources impacts on the Archer tool and data, provide advice on controls and safeguards for data per requirements.
  • Working experience with ODAs, Data Imports and Exports , data feeds, Security & Access permissions, Calculations, data driven events and APIs.
  • Archer patching/Upgrade, ACP Configurations , Infrastructure management activities (Certificate renewal, service restart etc).
  • Support the team leads and senior consultants as a level 3 support engineer, provide guidance and SME advice for level 1 & 2 service management.

  • Verbal and written communications skills will be second to none and will be used to build solid business relationships as you engage with stakeholders at various levels.
