We are seeking two proactive Business Analysts to join a transformative fund-wide project aimed at delivering impactful solutions. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, analysing business needs, improving processes, and ensuring meaningful change.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and validate business needs.
• Identify alternative solutions to resolve problems and conduct gap analysis (current vs. future state).
• Contribute to transformation plans and provide actionable insights.
• Apply techniques to meet project objectives and ensure clarity in defining deliverables.

Key Attributes:

• Strong understanding of project governance and methodologies.
• Ability to manage priorities and organize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills for all levels, with consulting and influencing abilities.

Desirable:

• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Familiar with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
• Background in transformation or risk management projects is a plus.
