FinXL is looking to engage a Delivery Manager (Scrum Master) for business and consulting services for one of our high-profile clients on an initial 6 month engagement.

Key skills and experience include:

• Minimum 3 - 5 years as a Scrum Master or Leader in Business and software development environments.
• Excellent knowledge of the SCRUM framework and associated ceremonies, artifacts, and techniques.
• Good understanding of other Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Kanban.
• Familiarity with software development processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
• Proficient in Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Certified Scrum Master, SAFe, or additional certifications in Agile methodologies or
• project management
• Experience in HubSpot would be a Bonus
